STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMME - APPLICATION
New round of application has opened (Application Period: 1 September - 15 October 2021) and your
students are welcome to our university for overseas exchange study. Attached please find the application guideline for Student Exchange Programme in Spring semester 2022 (Semester B 2021/22) for your
reference and promotions to eligible interested students at your institution. Please send us your
nominations for record by email BEFORE your students make their applications. For more details,

In addition, because of high internal demand for accommodation due to recent events, we regret
that the University is unable to offer on-campus student residence for inbound exchange students
in academic year 2020/21 and 2021/22. Your students who wish to come for exchange in the coming
semester should look for off-campus accommodation for their stay in Hong Kong. The University’s Student Residence Office has gathered some information for reference: https://www.cityu.
Depending on how COVID-19 situation develops, arrangements of Spring 2022 student exchange program may change. If there are any changes/updates made according to the University measures, we will share
it with you in due course. Inbound exchange student applicants should also observe the latest quarantine
guidelines of HKSAR Government: https://www.coronavirus.gov.
